If a studio apartment at Casa Laguna Cabarete is not large enough for your goals and objectives, you can combine an adjoining studio in the purchase and increase the apartment to 1-Bedroom and 2 baths. This concept is unique because you have a 1-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom can still be rented out separately because it has its own private entrance. This concept offers the owner extreme flexibility. For example, an owner can keep the whole apartment for personal use, or conversely, live in one bedroom and rent out the other.

As a side note — only one apartment includes a kitchen — so it is the owner’s choice to keep the kitchen or live in the studio without a kitchen. If the “studio only” option is selected, the owner has multiple restaurants to choose from when eating out. Please note also that the floor plan shown below, has both apartments furnished as a bedroom. However, it is the owner’s option to furnish the studio with a kitchen with a living and dining area — and keep the other studio furnished as a bedroom.
